Hey guys, my name is Laura and I have a confession to make.
I'm a die hard Twilight fan.
I'm not proud of the choices I've made.
It's not who I want to be.
I didn't choose this path.
What can I say, man?
It was a sexy, weird vampire story.
Don't come up in here and tell me you don't like sexy vampire
It all started when a friend of mine gave me the book Twilight
when I was 18 years old and everyone was obsessed with it and
I was like, oh, what?
But then I read the book and I was like, oh, I understand.
I think what I really liked about it was how obsessed they were
They would fight because she wanted to live forever.
And he's like, I don't want that for you because I love you so
Like that's the kind of relationship that I wanted and my boyfriend
just wasn't giving me that we would constantly get into fights
because I would be like, why can't you be more like Edward?
And he was like, because it's a book and we broke up because
I remember one time when I got to college, it was during the
second book when it came out and I was reading it in the middle
of class because who needed to pay attention to class when
you have the second twilight book, am I right?
And in that class, a girl sitting next to me goes, is that twilight
I'm like, uh yeah, she goes, I'm reading it too and I was like
so me and her became very close friends.
I would look forward to going into that class just to talk about
Like my theories, her theories who did she play?
Because that's when Jacob comes in and I'm like, how do you
feel about this new Jake Up character?
I was always team Edward because Jacob looked like he smelled
Like come on boy, like put some deodorant or something.
I wouldn't even mind it if he smelled a little bit.
I was so obsessed that I had the DVD si had the CD si had the soundtracks
I had a big ass poster of Edward going like this come with me
And I was like, yes, that's what I want.
Take me with you into your beautiful world of everlasting
You know how some people say don't judge a book by its cover
don't judge a book by its movie guys just because the movies
where doesn't mean the book is, except for the last one.
Y'all know what I'm talking about.
If y'all read twilight, the last book when that book took a
turn, I was like, OK, take it easy twilight.
What, what are you doing?
They went too far at the end, but I had to keep reading because
you know, you got to finish the story.
I never liked Bella.
I think she was a little pushover.
You know what Edward needed a Latina because let me tell you
There wouldn't have been an if and or but I would have been like
bitch, I wanna be your wife forever.
Why you acting brand new?
Oh So you like me but now you don't want me to be a vampire with
What's up with that?
That's what I would have said.
Let me tell you he would have a Latina.
There would have, she would have been a vampire the next day
Come here, bitch right now.
You want this, you want this booty?
You want you, you want all of this?
Hashtag Latina Twilight.
Hashtag Were you guys Twilight fans or Harry Potter fans or
Hunger Games fans or divergent fans?
Did you guys like the movies?
How do you feel about that situation?
Did they cover everything that you liked in the books on to
Because they did not do that with twilight.
Granted twi it wasn't the best.
Did the world stop once you started reading these books?
Because I know they stopped for me, let me know in the comments
I will definitely read them.
And for all y'all little girls thinking this is gonna be a vlog
about Adrian is not.
Oh, I shouldn't have said where he lives.
